We source exclusively from our own farm as well as a small circle of neighboring producers in the Chiriquí highlands, selecting micro-lots that best express the nuance of the current season.
MEMBERSHIP CAP
To guarantee availability for our members, we are capping our subscriber base. Membership is currently limited to 50 active allocations. As we expand our partnerships at origin, we will gradually reopen the gate.
LIMITED RELEASES
Beyond our core subscription, we secure small quantities of experimental and competition-grade lots. These are released as individual, monthly drops, available first to members, then to the general public if inventory remains.
WAITLIST
If our current allocation is full, joining the waitlist guarantees you are notified when the gate reopens. It also informs you about our limited online releases. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.
