About Finca Hartmann Sidra
This coffee was harvested from two sister lots located in their Manantial Estate where the Hartmann family showcases rare varietals.
Once thought to be a hybrid of Bourbon and Typica, Sidra has more recently been genetically linked to Ethiopian heirloom varieties.
We find elegant sweetness and vibrant stone fruit characteristics.
